Cookies cannot execute programmes or transmit viruses; they are used solely as described below.

Managing Cookies. You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Data Retention and Storage

jeetezz retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide; specific data types may be subject to longer retention where a legal obligation requires it.

• Active Account Data (Identity, Contact, Financial, Account Activity): Retained for the full duration of your jeetezz account and for a period of five (5) years following permanent account closure, to satisfy anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations and to handle any late-arising disputes.
• KYC Documents (NID copies, passport scans, proof-of-address documents): Retained for five (5) years after the date of submission, in compliance with AML regulations. Documents are stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to authorised compliance personnel only.
• Transaction Records (deposit and withdrawal history in BDT): Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction for financial audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Bet and Gaming History: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each event or gaming session, and accessible to you within your account dashboard for at least twelve (12) months.

Data Security Measures

jeetezz applies a layered approach to data security, combining technical controls, operational procedures, and staff training to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. You are responsible for keeping your jeetezz login credentials confidential, using a strong and unique password, enabling any additional security features offered within your account settings, and notifying jeetezz immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Updates to This Policy

jeetezz reviews this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure it remains accurate, up to date, and reflective of our current data practices. We may update this policy in response to changes in applicable law, changes to the Services we offer, improvements in our security practices, or feedback from Members and regulators.

When we make a material change to this Privacy Policy — meaning a change that affects how we collect, use, or share your personal data in a way that could meaningfully impact your privacy interests — we will notify you by sending an email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. The notification will summarise what has changed and why. A revised version of the Privacy Policy, with an updated effective date, will be published at https://jeetezz.net/privacy-policy.

For minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, or updates to contact details) that do not alter the substance of our data practices, we may update the policy without prior notice but will always update the effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of jeetezz Services after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
