Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a person include natural persons, companies, and unincorporated bodies.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal instrument include any amendment or re-enactment thereof in force from time to time. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a jeetezz account in good standing, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older.
• You are accessing jeetezz Services entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeetezz employee or contractor in a role related to platform operations, game integrity, or payments.
• You hold only one (1) active account on jeetezz. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through the use of third-party details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• All personal information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details, is accurate, complete, and truthful. Submitting false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction or any jeetezz internal self-exclusion list. If you have previously self-excluded from jeetezz and attempt to re-register before your exclusion period has expired, jeetezz will close the new account immediately upon discovery.

Upon completing the registration form and clicking the confirmation button, a binding contract is formed between you and jeetezz on the terms set out in this document. jeetezz reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetezz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jeetezz will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jeetezz immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

One Account Per Household / Device. jeetezz may impose a limit of one account per household or per shared device where there is evidence of coordinated activity that could indicate bonus abuse or fraudulent play. Multiple accounts detected from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method may be subject to review and consolidation.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment

All financial transactions on jeetezz are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeetezz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not maintain multi-currency accounts. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetezz wallet within seconds of confirmation by the relevant mobile financial service provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times, which may take up to two (2) business days in rare cases. jeetezz does not impose a deposit fee on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jeetezz accepts no responsibility.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on your account tier, verification status, and payment method.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following schedule, based on your jeetezz VIP tier at the time the request is submitted:

• Bronze tier: Withdrawals processed within four (4) hours of request submission during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST).
• Silver tier: Withdrawals processed within two (2) hours of request submission during operational hours.
• Gold tier: Withdrawals processed within one (1) hour of request submission at any time.
• Platinum and Black Diamond tiers: Withdrawals processed instantly upon request submission, subject to automated fraud screening.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same jeetezz account, unless jeetezz's compliance team expressly approves an alternative method in writing. jeetezz reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account tier.

KYC Verification. Before processing a Member's first withdrawal, jeetezz will require the Member to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. jeetezz reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in account suspension.

Refused and Reversed Transactions. jeetezz reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jeetezz will notify the Member by email and may request additional documentation before any funds are released.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

jeetezz offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the jeetezz website at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

• Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligible Games. Not all games on jeetezz contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at reduced rates or not at all unless the promotion states otherwise. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from Bonus Funds is capped at five (5) times the original bonus amount or ৳50,000, whichever is lower.
• One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account. jeetezz reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has circumvented this restriction.
• Abuse and Fraud. jeetezz actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing low-variance bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Where abuse is detected, jeetezz may void all Bonus Funds, confiscate associated winnings, and close the Member's account.

jeetezz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a promotion and are actively clearing wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material change to that specific promotion's terms.

Section 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on jeetezz, you acknowledge that gambling involves an element of chance and that losses are possible. jeetezz does not guarantee any return on any wager. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through jeetezz Services.

Accepted Bets. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the jeetezz system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets accepted in error — for example, as a result of a clearly erroneous price or a technical fault — may be voided by jeetezz. jeetezz will notify the Member and return the staked amount to their wallet balance in such cases.

Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports available on the platform, are governed by jeetezz's Sport-Specific Rules, which are accessible via the relevant sports section of the platform. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at jeetezz's discretion. Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already determined at the time of placement — for example, due to a delay in market suspension — will be voided.

Casino and RNG Games. All slot games and random number generator (RNG) table games in the jeetezz library use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. jeetezz does not alter RTP values on any game and does not offer games whose RNG certification has lapsed.

Live Casino. Live casino tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the respective provider's game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. jeetezz is not responsible for connectivity issues that affect a Member's participation in a live casino round; stakes that are in progress at the time of a disconnection will be settled according to the provider's standard disconnection policy.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on jeetezz. These limits are displayed within each game, market, or betting interface. jeetezz reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual Member-level stake limits where jeetezz deems it necessary.

Results and Disputes. The result recorded by jeetezz's system is the official result for settlement purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed to a Member and the result recorded in jeetezz's system, the system record shall prevail. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with jeetezz support within thirty (30) days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetezz. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of your account and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation. Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Money Laundering. Using jeetezz accounts or Services as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. jeetezz is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Multiple Accounts. Registering or operating more than one jeetezz account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses.
• Automated Betting Tools. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any jeetezz service in a manner not intended for human use.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other Members — including at live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploitation of Errors. Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or vulnerabilities in the jeetezz platform. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your jeetezz account. Where a chargeback is received, jeetezz will suspend the account, reclaim the corresponding balance, and take legal action if warranted.
• Underage Gambling. Accessing jeetezz Services if you are under the age of 18 years, or facilitating access by any person under 18.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetezz's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of jeetezz Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their jeetezz account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetezz expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any other form of economic loss.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your jeetezz account.
• Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature.
• Losses arising from your inability to access jeetezz Services due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network infrastructure operators.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jeetezz's proven negligence, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Service Availability. jeetezz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeetezz makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, jeetezz does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jeetezz is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the platform's availability at any specific time.

Third-Party Content. The jeetezz platform integrates content from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. jeetezz is not responsible for errors, outages, or adverse outcomes arising within third-party game content beyond the control of the jeetezz platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

jeetezz reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jeetezz has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member is engaged in, or has been involved in, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper activity in connection with jeetezz Services.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to jeetezz.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion through jeetezz's Responsible Gaming tools or any applicable third-party exclusion scheme.

Voluntary Closure. Members who wish to close their jeetezz account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jeetezz will process any pending withdrawal of verified Cash balance within the standard withdrawal timeframe for the Member's tier. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

Dormant Accounts. An account is deemed dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to applying a dormancy maintenance fee, jeetezz will send at least two (2) email notifications to the registered email address warning of the impending dormancy status. The monthly dormancy maintenance fee is ৳100 or the remaining Cash balance if it is lower. No dormancy fee shall cause an account balance to fall below zero. Dormant accounts that reach a zero balance will be closed. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting jeetezz support before the balance is exhausted.

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, whether initiated by jeetezz or the Member, all pending bonus claims are cancelled, all Bonus Funds are forfeited, and any verified Cash balance will be returned to the Member's designated withdrawal method within fourteen (14) days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion commitments already in place.

Amendments to These Terms. jeetezz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of jeetezz Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
